This is recorded only when You choose to submit an enquiry. Browsing this website without contacting us does not create any of these records.

Approximate Location

When You submit an enquiry, We estimate the country, region and city You are contacting us from. We do this by passing Your IP address to a third-party geolocation provider, ipapi.co, which returns an approximate location. We store only that approximate location. Your IP address is not saved to Your record in our systems.

The result is an estimate, and at city level it is frequently wrong. Mobile connections often resolve to the location of the network operator's equipment rather than Yours, and a VPN or a corporate network will return the location of that service instead. We use it to understand which countries our enquiries come from. We do not use it to determine where any individual person is.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding appropriately to enquiries and in understanding where demand for our service comes from (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time, and You may ask us to delete the location held against Your record, using the contact details at the end of this policy.

Where Enquiry Information Is Held

Enquiry details, including everything described in the two sections above, are stored in our customer relationship management system, which is operated by HighLevel Inc. in the United States. The geolocation provider named above is also outside the European Economic Area. Your information is therefore transferred outside the EEA. You may ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to these transfers, using the contact details at the end of this policy.

Use of Your Personal Data The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
